DAP assemblyperson RSN Rayer, who incensed Umno with his "celaka (damn)", remark will be charged with sedition tomorrow.
According to DAP legal bureau head Gobind Singh Deo, the Seri Delima rep would be charged at the Penang Sessions Court tomorrow.
"We believe it will be over the same matter for which he was to be charged earlier," he said in reference to the police probe over the "celaka" remark.
"Rayer received a call from the police this morning asking him to be present in court tomorrow morning," he added.
Rayer would be the fifth Pakatan Rakyat elected rep to be charged under the Sedition Act this month.
This morning, PAS MP Khalid Samad was charged with sedition at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court.
