Barely hours after news broke of her joining Malay rights group Perkasa, road bully Siti Fairrah Ashykin Kamaruddin, better known as Kiki, is in the limelight again with netizens tweeting about her new partnership.
Politician Lee Hwa Beng using his Twitter handle @hwabeng wrote: “Difference between Kiki & her victim, Kiki rejoins Perkasa & treated like a heroine while victim forgave her. Really sad state of affairs!”
Social activist Ivy Josiah tweeted using @ivyjosiah: “Makes sense, bullies join forces? Road bully Kiki joins Perkasa.”
Republic of Sarawak using Twitter handle @Swakheadhunter posted: “WONDERFUL: BUILDING A RACIST PEDIGREE? Disgraced Malay road bully Kiki joins Perkasa.”
It was reported on the Perkasa Selangor Facebook page last night that the 30-year-old Kiki had received her party membership and certification to the Malay rights group.
She was also pictured receiving her certificate from a Perkasa member, along with another individual, Mohd Syahidzuan Samsudin.
The Facebook posting has so far attracted more than 200 likes.
One comment posted by Zulkifle Abdullah read: “Hidup Perkasa selangor yg sanggup membimbing saudari Kiki yg berjiwa melayu kental ni..(Long live Perkasa Selangor which is willing to guide Kiki, who has a strong Malay soul).”
Another posting by Mat Brass congratulated the businesswoman for turning up at Perkasa Selangor's office voluntarily with her friend to register as a member.
A post by Jutawan Melayu read: “Hope Kiki becomes an example to other youths who wish to join Perkasa”.
Kiki was videotaped hurling racial abuses at retiree Sim Siak Hong, 68, after he had bumped his car into the rear of her Peugeot 208 on July 14.
She also hit Sim’s car a few times with a steering lock.
The video clip of the incident went viral in social media.
On July 22, the Kuantan Sessions Court fined her RM5,000 and ordered her to carry out 240 hours of community work.
It was also reported then that Perkasa had started a fund to help Kiki pay the fine.
