Terima Kasih & Tahniah Kepada Blog Benchmark Kerana Menyelamatkan RM578 Juta Duit Bakal Haji

Well first let me pat myself on the back too for saving RM650 Million (or was it US$650m) of bakal haji's money from being invested in a dubious real estate project in Detroit. This Blog chipped in too.

Now, the anonymous blog Benchmark has saved another RM578 milion of bakal haji peoples' money from being used to bailout 1MDB (using the land purchase as camouflage).

Folks, do you think anyone will grant an anugerah like a Datoship for all the trouble the blogs have gone to, to save the public's money and the taxpayers' funds? I dont think so. 

In Malaysia, a psychologically disturbed student who has been arrested and jailed five years in the UK for possession of 30,000 videos on child pornography is being considered by MARA for academic admission into MARA run universities (UITM), colleges etc. This is an upside down value system.  

Who knows, the next step some moron may reccommend the child sex crazy psycho for a datukship?  Mana tahu - this is the land where stupidity even defies DNA, the usual culprit.

Back to Tabung Haji, first the Chairman denied the alleged land deals. The Star reported the denial here

Tabung Haji: No land deal with 1MDB

• Tabung Haji denied whistleblower ..purchased plots of land owned by debt-ridden (1MDB) at an unreasonably high price.

Then today's news says Tabung Haji has changed their tune. Now they deny only one parcel. The other parcel is a done deal. Here is The Star again :

My comments : This confirms 100% that the documents are genuine. 

The first plot has been paid for (RM188 million at RM2860 psf). 

The second plot was also approved by the Management / BOD etc of Tabung Haji for submission to the 'Menteri' for the 'Menteri's' approval (according to the documents carried by that blog).

If I am not mistaken the Menteri here is Jamil Khir Baharom. So the Menteri has approved the first RM188 million purchase. The Menteri is a b@** carrier of the PM, who is now up to his neck in the 1MDB shithole. 

Now in the land of 'I scratch your back you scratch mine' what does Jamil Khir get from signing off on this deal?  World peace? Save the whales? Hudud? Moral police?  

Dr Mahathir has pointed out that the government has been cheated of income when the TRX land was "transferred" to 1MDB for only RM60 psf ie 47 times below current market price of RM2860 psf.   

Now Tabung Haji depositors are being forced to pay 1MDB a price that is 47 times higher than what the government was paid in the first place.

So the public (ie taxpayers plus Tabung Haji depositors) have been suckered TWICE.

The Question is : if this anonymous Blog did not highlight this issue would Tabung Haji have gone ahead with the second parcel for RM578 million? I think so.

Now since the whistle has been blown, Tabung Haji will not go through with the second parcel.

Now here is the soalan cepu mas : Why the hell did Tabung Haji go through with the first parcel then? Both parcels are in the TRX. The location, psf market value, risks etc are all the same, lebih kurang. If you have cancelled the RM578 million, why did you go through with the RM188 million?  

1MDB has already got another RM950 million loan from the gomen. 

Now they have got RM188 million from Tabung Haji. 

Plus the (unmaterialised) RM578 million, the pirates at 1MDB would have carried away another 

RM950m + RM188m + RM578M =  RM1.716 BILLION  !!

Taxpayers money and  Tabung Haji depositors money.

Folks, when will this nightmare stop? 

The blogs are doing their part.  The people have to say something to save themselves, our country and our future.
