KUALA LUMPUR - While police have completed their investigations, the case of deputy public prosecutor Kevin Anthony Morais now lies in the hands of Kuala Lumpur Hospital’s pathology department.
The department have yet to determine the exact cause of death behind the murder.
“The cause of death of the late Morais has yet to be determined. Police are still waiting for the pathology lab’s results,” says Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Tajudin Md Isa.
Morais’s remains are still at the hospital and Tajudin says it is up to the family to decide when to claim his body.
“It is up to the family of the deceased to decide on the appropriate time for them to claim his remains,” Tajudin told the media at the 2015 Excellence Award ceremony for the Kuala Lumpur police contingent. - Therakyatpost
