1. FGV and Syed Mokhtar

Have you heard that Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al Bukhary has been given the greenlight to take FGV private via a GO at around RM2 per share? UMNO nak cari duit untuk GE. As part of the deal, FGV will cancel the land lease agreement with Felda, which means peneroka will get screwed with loss of another source of income from Felda. Mungkin adalah sweetener sikit, like bonus to help pay off their share margin debt still owing coz the shares tanked after listing. 
 

2. PR1MA and RM15 Billion borrowing?

Have you also heard about PR1MA planning to issue RM15 billion sukuk, fully guaranteed by the gomen, supposedly to fund its projects. Suspicious jugak, macam 1MDB. Mana dia projek PR1MA ni, tak nampak kebende pun? Claiming 60,000 units under various stages of development-- boleh percaya ke? Ballot lebih 5,000 unit satu Malaysia-- berapa sales yang depa dapat to date? Yelek. 

Maybank bagi RM3 billion bridging pun dengarnya taknak release sebab banyak project PR1MA tak viable.
